In a statement, Skechers claims that in 2022, Hermès introduced two footwear styles, the Éclair and Envol, which use mid-sole and undersole design elements that infringe multiple Skechers patents for its Massage Fit technology that Skechers incorporates into its Skechers Go Walk series and other product lines. Non-binary runners in NYC Marathon to get cash prize for 1st time

2021 Boston Marathon champ Diana Kipyokei suspended and her agent doesn’t hold back: “Diana is completely guilty. I am sorry.”
On Friday, the Athletics Integrity Unit announced the provisional suspension of two Kenyan marathoners, Diana Kipyokei and Betty Wilson Lempus, for anti-doping rule violations.
