Toronto Waterfront 10K, presented by lululemon, extends runners’ high with post-race party

Annual charitable run celebrates sweat for great causes with community yoga, recovery foods and a hip-hop concert

TORONTO, ON – On your mark, get set, go! On Saturday, June 16, Councillor Mary Fragedakis will send a sold-out field of 8,500 enthusiastic runners on their way in the Toronto Waterfront 10K, presented by lululemon. The scenic course goes through the heart of the city, along the lakeshore and finishes with a party at Bandshell Park, Exhibition Place.

A charitable event, the Toronto Waterfront 10K supports Stella’s Place, an organization that provides comprehensive mental health services for 16 to 29-year-olds, and Matthew House, a nationally recognized leader in welcoming, assisting and resettling newly arrived refugee claimants who would otherwise be homeless.
