Giant UK Acquires Thomas’s Cycle Revolution Ltd

Thomas’s Cycle Revolution (Cycle Revolution) has been bought out of administration by Giant UK.

Dominic Dumville and Henry Page of Mercer & Hole were appointed joint administrators of Thomas’s Cycle Revolution Limited (“TCR)” on 23 March 2026, and they have now completed a sale of the business and certain assets to Giant U.K Limited.

TCR operates from various locations in East Anglia with branches in Colchester, Ipswich and Norwich, selling bikes, cycling accessories, clothing and shoes as well as providing a highly regarded repair service. bikebiz
