New video series features gear-grinding climbs and scenic landscapes from all over USA

LOS ANGELES – January 15, 2021 – Hyland’s, a century-old leader in products to support a healthy, active lifestyle, is announcing a series of cycling videos that feature some of the most beautiful and challenging routes in the United States. The new Great Rides Powered by Hyland’s series celebrates epic rides around the country. This series will give cyclists the seminal, must-do ride at any destination. The videos feature elite cyclists, including nationally ranked Paul Thomas and premier cycling clubs Swami’s Cycling Club (of Encinitas, CA) and Mi Duole Cycling Club (of Salt Lake City, UT).

The first four episodes of Great Rides highlight the red sandstone cliffs of Utah, the arid Cuyamaca Mountains of southern California, the breathtaking Sonoran Desert in Arizona, and the covered bridges and pastoral scenery of Vermont. In addition to showcasing the beautiful scenery, each episode recommends local refueling stops, such as Veyo Pies & Bakery and the Mercado San Agustín. These challenging routes range from just over 45 miles to 80 miles and are not for the faint of heart. Part of the Vermont Gran Fondo, the Lincoln Gap Loop involves almost 8000 ft. of elevation gain and contains the steepest paved mile in the entire United States. Cyclists can experience each of these beautiful, but demanding routes for themselves by accessing the Strava links included with each video.
