Powering the rollout of Take the Lead's latest chapter through registration and digital execution

The design refresh was led by Laura De La Cruz, an Art Director and Designer who originally built the organization’s founding visual identity and returned to guide its next chapter as it enters year five.

Registration officially opened on May 4, marking a major milestone for the running initiative co-founded by Alison Mariella Désir and Martha Garcia. The refreshed brand signals a bold new chapter for Take the Lead, reflecting its mission to cultivate diverse leadership within the running and outdoor industries.

BibRave led the rollout of the brand transformation, managing a complex, multi-platform integration that included transitioning to new social media handles, launching a new website URL, and implementing a new email handle. The work also included coordinating design updates across all digital channels in partnership with creative resources, as well as developing and executing all marketing communications tied to the brand refresh and registration launch, including website content, registration platform updates, social media assets, and email campaigns.
