BBC to bring ATHLOS London to Audiences Across the UK in New Broadcast Partnership

7th August 2026, LONDON (August 11, 2026) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – ATHLOS, the world’s leading all-women’s professional track and field league, today announced the BBC as its official UK broadcast partner for ATHLOS London, the league’s first international event.
The partnership will see the BBC become the UK home of ATHLOS, streaming live from StoneX Stadium on Friday 18 September. As the league expands beyond the United States for the first time, British audiences will be able to watch Olympic champion Keely Hodgkinson defend her ATHLOS 800m title as she lines up against some of the biggest names in global athletics, including Sha’Carri Richardson, Gabby Thomas, Georgia Hunter Bell, Amber Anning and Tara Davis-Woodhall, with live and on-demand coverage across the BBC’s digital platforms.
Following two successful seasons in New York, ATHLOS now expands internationally for the first time, with the BBC playing a key role in introducing the league to UK audiences. The partnership will bring the excitement of ATHLOS London to viewers across the country, showcasing a world-class evening of competition, entertainment and many of the sport’s biggest stars when the league arrives at StoneX Stadium this September.
