Gwen van Lingen has joined 100% as Vice President of Global Marketing and Sales for the Eyewear and Snow category. A former Olympic finalist competing in track & field in the ‘96 summer games in Atlanta, van Lingen is all too familiar with giving 100% effort in sport. Similarly, her dedication and drive has transcended into her professional pursuits. And as a result, Gwen has realized success as a 20-year veteran of the eyewear industry as a Global Marketing Leader — most recently departing from a 15year tenure at Oakley (Luxottica). Gwen has significant experience in brand, product, go-to-market, and sports marketing, in addition to omni-channel sales expertise. All attributes that will contribute greatly to 100% and its ambitious initiatives in taking its eyewear to the next level.

Over his 20- year tenure in sales and brand marketing, Bottom has realized success by continuing to improve his skill set in order to adapt to ever-evolving marketing and storytelling techniques.
Matthew Davis will join 100% as Director of Sales — Eyewear & Snow, and has a wealth of knowledge that he has forged from being on the road as a rep to sitting in high-level positions for globally renowned brands. In addition to elevating top companies like Burton Snowboards and Volcom to further their respective success, Davis has unique experiences in building brands from the ground up. Matt is also an expert in trend analysis, strategic planning and effectively implementing go-to-market strategies, which will be of great added value to 100% and its growing ambitions.
Liam Barrett joins 100% to build the new Snow Channel as Snow Category Director. Barrett brings over 25 years of cultivating success by aligning marketing strategies with product, athlete, and consumer experience in the Ski and Snowboard markets. Sharpening his skills by working with some of the top brands including Oakley, Burton/Anon, and most recently, Dragon/Marchon — ensuring their success in global retail and D2C channels.
This Fall, 100% will leverage their goggle and eyewear expertise to launch the first collection of Snow Goggles. The Brand is already collecting tremendous insights from some of the best snow athletes in the world. Earlier this year, New Zealand’s snowboard superstar, Zoi Sadowski-Synnott, captured Gold in Slopestyle, and Silver in Big Air, at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, CN. Zoi also won two Golds at the X-Games in Aspen, CO. Joining her on the podium winning Bronze was reigning FIS World Champion in Slopestyle, Laurie Blouin from Canada. Rounding out the 100% snowboard roster at the games, was US Olympic team member and style master, Dusty Henricksen.
