The RunnerBox Heats Up its Offering with New Winter Edition

December 16, 2019

The RunnerBox, a leader in the endurance gift and subscription industry, has debuted its most anticipated box of the year: The Winter Edition. While the previous Fall edition saw a box almost double the size, the Winter Edition will showcase a fresh new look which includes the introduction of The RunnerBox’s sister brand, The RiderBox.

Starting at $25, both The RunnerBox and RiderBox boast a seasonally themed mix of items to keep athletes warm, healthy and fueled so they don’t catch a case of the winter training blues.

“Winter can be a tough time of year for endurance athletes,” said The RunnerBox Chief Endurance Officer, Laura Jorgensen. “Weather is less than ideal, races are few and far between and holiday obligations and stress can easily derail a training plan. There couldn’t be a better time for someone to join our service to help keep their spirits high and outlook bright going into 2020.”

When asked about how the selections for this edition were made, professional cyclocross athlete and RB team member, Andrew Giniat said, “We relied on our dedicated team of athletes to give us feedback on what works best during these long, cold training days. This box represents the products that received the top ranks in the field.”

The RB Team’s top winter picks will go out to all current subscribers as well as those you sign-up before the January 29th deadline. The product line-up includes:

Clif Whole Lotta Bar provides a whole lotta warming flavors to keep subscribers feeling toasty this winter. Soft baked too, so it won’t freeze in cold weather.

Split Nutrition is a real food ‘shot’ that is a match made in heaven. Subscribers can take Split out training or anytime when carrying a jar of nut butter and jam just doesn’t make sense (i.e. always).

Dirty Bird Energy Soap will bring subscribers back to life after their morning training no matter how much eggnog or champagne the night before.

Oats Overnight make life easy with their chai latte oats. Soak overnight for an easy, grab-and-go, nutrient-dense, breakfast or post workout recovery.

Lesser Evil’s new-release egg white curls will give subscribers a perfect protein-packed replacement to the tempting treats that come with this time of year.

Bobo’s are at it again with their mouth-watering Toaster Pastries. Subscribers will enjoy this wholesome, on-the-go breakfast with a healthy mix of protein, carbs, and fat to keep energy levels high during their workout.

Stem Jackets stop subscribers’ glasses slipping off with their convenient grips. That means you can now train in your casual glasses for that extra style factor.

O.R.S provide subscribers with the optimal electrolyte balance in the form of a dissolvable tablet, and without all the unnecessary sugar. When the temps cool down, hydration can be overlooked. O.R.S will make sure you stay hydrated during your winter training (or potential hang-over).

Floyd’s will ensure subscribers are fully recovered and relaxed with this combination of quality isolate CBD and whey protein, resulting in a rich recovery protein with no additives or fillers.

4ID will be keeping RunnerBox athletes bright and more-importantly, seen, during these darker days with their Power Armz and Slap Wrapz powered by high intensity LED lights.

Muc-Off ‘s expandable sponge will help RiderBox subscribers bikes stay clean this winter. Dipped in warm, soapy, water, these sponges will work wonders on some of the dirtiest frames.

Rehook will keep riders winter gloves in-tact and clean when their chain falls off by simply hooking the fallen chain back onto the chain ring without touching it. Easy, fast, simple.  It will become a saddle-bag staple.
