The Sufferfest Releases 11 New “NoVid” Workouts

Comprehensive training platform expands workout library for time-crunched endurance athletes.

October 4, 2019 – The Sufferfest, a comprehensive training app for cyclists and triathletes, today announced the release of 11 new cycling workouts. Designed by coaches Neal Henderson and Mac Cassin at The Sufferfest Sports Science Division, these sessions add to The Sufferfest library of over 80 structured workouts for cycling, running and triathlon.

Unlike traditional workouts from The Sufferfest—which feature exclusively-licensed footage from professional races, soundtracks, and storylines to keep athletes engaged—these 11 workouts are part of the NoVid series, which have on-screen prompts to guide athletes through the workout but no associated video or soundtrack. NoVid workouts give athletes the flexibility to do workouts offline or watch their own video content while following the prescribed session.

The latest release of 11 new NoVids further bolsters The Sufferfest catalog of workouts and includes sessions ranging in duration from 45 minutes to three-and-a-half hours. As with all of The Sufferfest workouts, they’re tailored to each athlete’s unique Four-Dimensional Power profile to precisely target Neuromuscular Power, Anaerobic Capacity, Maximal Aerobic Power and Functional Threshold Power.
