The IRONMAN Group Welcomes Ajay Singh as New Chief Financial Officer

- Longtime News Corp executive brings over 20 years of financial and management experience to The IRONMAN Group

TAMPA, Fla. (August 18, 2021) – The IRONMAN Group is pleased to announce the addition of Ajay Singh as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Singh joins The IRONMAN Group from News Corp and has over 20 years of financial and management experience, including 10 years at an executive leadership level. Singh will be a critical partner on the executive leadership team, providing strategic analysis, guidance, planning, and direction to all stakeholders, leading to continued solid financial foundation and the efficient evolution of company growth. He will oversee all aspects of accounting, finance, FP&A, tax, treasury, cash management, capital allocation, and information technology for The IRONMAN Group and its portfolio of brands and events across the world.

During his career, Singh has served in numerous executive financial roles within media and technology businesses and has an extensive background in strategy and M&A, corporate finance, governance, and enterprise risk management.

Singh joins The IRONMAN Group after serving in several roles at News Corp, including recently as Executive Vice President, CFO & COO for News America Marketing, a division of News Corp. Prior to that, he served as the CFO of HookLogic, Inc., CFO for Reader’s Digest Association’s Lifestyle Group and as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at TV Guide.

Singh was born and grew up in India. He is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and attended UCLA Anderson School’s Creativity & Innovation Program.

Singh currently resides in the Greater New York area with his wife Mariangel and their two boys.
