Leatt revenue grows slightly in Q2, will enter bike-care market in Q3

Leatt Corporation’s direct-to-consumer sales increased significantly in the second quarter, resulting in a 1% year-over-year revenue gain, as the bike and moto protection brand plans to enter a new market category.
Overall revenue for the quarter ending June 30 was $16.39 million, compared with $16.18 million at the same time last year. D2C sales increased 68% during the quarter, reported at $961,835. For the first six months of 2026, overall revenue increased 14% year-over-year to $35.9 million and net income was up 19% to $2.68 million.
In May, Leatt acquired Bike Care Technologies, which will lead to the distribution of bicycle maintenance and cleaning products, including a GRITT-branded line. Bicycle Retailer
