Scott USA Powers New Bike Park at Snowbasin Resort

July 1, 2026

The new Bike Park Powered by Scott brings lift-served mountain bike trails and features to one of Northern Utah’s fastest growing summer recreation destinations.

Ogden, Utah, (July 1, 2026) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Scott USA today announced the opening of the BIke Park Powered by Scott at Snowbasin Resort, expanding the brand’s partnership with the Northern Utah resort and bringing a new lift-served bike park experience to the region.

Located off Lifflecat Express, the Bike Park Powered by Scott introduces purpose-built trails designed for a range of riders, from newer mountain bikers to more advanced downhill and flow trail users. The park opens with four trails and includes beginner-friendly terrain with dirt berms and wooden skill features, along with intermediate and advanced flow trails featuring berms, tabletops, step-downs and wooden features.

For Scott, the bike park creates a direct connection between the company’s Ogden headquarters, its product expertise and the local riding community. Scott is Snowbasin’s official helmet, optics and bike partner, and the new bike park gives the brand a visible role in building summer mountain bike access close to home.

“Scott has deep roots in Northern Utah, and Snowbasin is one of the places our employees, athletes and customers look to for year-round mountain access,” said Hap Seliga, CEO of Scott USA. “The Bike Park Powered by Scott gives riders a new place to learn, progress and ride. It is a meaningful investment in local access, mountain culture and the next generation of riders.”

The new bike park sits within Snowbasin’s broader summer mountain bike offering. In addition to the Littlecat Express bike park, riders can load bikes on Needles Gondola on weekends for access to Snowbasin’s upper-mountain trail network. Those trails are natural, multi-use routes shared with hikers and are best suited for experienced riders comfortable on variable terrain. Snowbasin also connects to nearly 50 miles of Northern Wasatch cross-country trails, giving self-supported riders access to high-elevation terrain through aspen groves and pine glades.

The Bike Park Powered by Scott will operate June 20 through October 11, with weekend riding from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday evening access will be available July 2 through October 1 during Sunset Social Bike Park hours from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Needles Gondola bike access will also run June 20 through October 11 on weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Scott bike rentals are planned to be available at Snowbasin’s Grizzly Center beginning in 2027, further integrating Scott equipment into the resort experience and giving guests direct access to bikes designed for the terrain.
