Function Health has secured US$450m in growth financing for its preventative healthcare testing and imaging platform.
July 31, 2026
US-based company said it has more than 500,000 members and has completed over 100m laboratory tests since launching its beta service in 2023.
The financing is non-dilutive, meaning Function can access the capital without issuing new shares or reducing the ownership stakes of existing shareholders.
It is linked to customer growth and is one of the largest deals of its type to date, following a similar US$200m commitment to healthcare AI company Commure in June 2025.
Founded in 2021, Function combines more than 160 laboratory tests with advanced imaging designed to identify early signs of cancer, aneurysms, stroke and hundreds of other conditions. Health Tech World
