Registration sales increased by 382% from Q1 2018 to Q1 2019
PHOENIX, June 4, 2019 — Cool Events Inc. (“the Company”), a company engaged in offering a variety of unique, experiential running and obstacle events, reports that participant registrations for the Company’s events increased by 382% during the first quarter of 2019 as compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
The first quarter, which ended on March 31, 2019, saw 531,683 total registrations sold across the Company’s five event tours, compared to 139,131 registrations in Q1 of 2018.
“The results and continued improvement during Q1 are exciting, especially in light of the fact that Q1 is not as busy as Q2 or Q3 and most event tours did not start until February,” said Cool Events CEO Bill Spata.
The largest growth has been in Terrain Race, the Company’s obstacle course racing event. Terrain Race has led registration sales for the Company’s five brands. In addition, participant numbers increased across the Company’s 5K fun run event tours: Bubble Run, Blacklight Run, and Foam Glow 5K.
