2022 NYCRUNS Brooklyn Marathon & Half Marathon Expo Presented By adidas Set for April 21, 22, 23 at Industry City, Brooklyn

Over 20,000 runners will attend the Expo as part of Brooklyn Running Week, which culminates with the NYCRUNS Brooklyn Marathon & Half Marathon on April 24

Brooklyn, NY, March 30, 2022 /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – NYCRUNS, a popular organizer of running events throughout New York City, announced today that the 2022 NYCRUNS Brooklyn Marathon & Half Marathon Expo Presented By adidas will take place over three days, April 21 – April 23, at Industry City, Brooklyn. The Expo space will be located at 68 33rd Street, between 2nd and 3rd Avenues.

The NYCRUNS Brooklyn Marathon & Half Marathon Expo Presented By adidas will be open to runners on Thursday, April 21 from 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 22 from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., and Saturday, April 23 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

“We’re excited to welcome everyone to Industry City to celebrate running in Brooklyn and to kick off the race experience for the 2022 NYCRUNS Brooklyn Marathon & Half Marathon,” said Steve Lastoe, Founder and CEO, NYCRUNS. “From bib pick-up and course strategy sessions to shopping, sampling, and socializing, The Team At NYCRUNS is looking forward to hosting over 20,000 runners at Industry City.”

Runners participating in the 2022 NYCRUNS Brooklyn Marathon & Half Marathon will pick up their race shirts and bibs at the Expo at a pre-determined day and time of their choosing. The Expo will feature an adidas running store complete with one-of-a-kind Brooklyn themed adidas running attire, a footwear try-on experience, a customization station, and a pre-covery lounge hosted by the adidas Runners NYC community. Course Strategy Sessions Presented By Nuun Hydration and led by the NYCRUNS coaching staff will be available to runners as they make their final preparations for race day. The three-day event will also host a “Beer Garden” featuring beer and non-alcoholic samples by Brooklyn Brewery and runner experiences with Poland Spring, Just Salad, and Cannabist.

Brooklyn Running Week is a week-long celebration of running in the city’s most populous borough, featuring the NYCRUNS Prospect Park 5K & 10K Presented By CAMBA on Saturday, April 16, the NYCRUNS Brooklyn Marathon & Half Marathon Expo Presented By adidas on Thursday April 21, Friday April 22, and Saturday, April 23, and the NYCRUNS Brooklyn Marathon & Half Marathon on Sunday, April 24, featuring over 20,000 runners on a newly designed course through the historic neighborhoods of Brooklyn.
