2022 IRONMAN 70.3 Broadcast Coverage Schedule on Outside TV Announced

TAMPA, Fla. (March 17, 2022) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – IRONMAN is excited to announce the live broadcast coverage schedule for the 2022 IRONMAN® 70.3® Triathlon Series on Outside TV, featuring 11 IRONMAN 70.3 triathlon events from across globe. Beginning on April 2, with the 2022 Athletic Brewing IRONMAN 70.3 Oceanside triathlon, viewers will be able to access world-class live triathlon coverage free across Outside’s multiple distribution platforms globally on the web, mobile, and connected TV apps.

The live event coverage broadcasts will cover some of the most popular IRONMAN 70.3 events in United States, Germany, Austria and Australia, as well as brand new events to the series, and exclusive coverage of the 2022 Intermountain Healthcare IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship presented by Utah Sports Commission being hosted in St. George Utah, USA.

Live race coverage will feature several camera angles and locations that will immerse viewers into all the action. Coverage will begin with a pre-race show that previews the pro field and course while also including exclusive interviews with triathlon personalities and other special guests.

The live broadcasts will be hosted by a team of the sport’s greats, including IRONMAN World Champions and Hall of Famers Greg Welch and Michellie Jones, as well as IRONMAN champions Dede Griesbauer and Michael Lovato. Matt Lieto will also be providing analysis from both on the course and in the studio throughout the 2022 season. Various guest commentators will also bring new perspectives and insights to the live coverage, which will showcase the epic battles of the professional athletes as they swim, bike, and run iconic IRONMAN 70.3 courses all around the world.
