October 21, 2020

Race directors will have access to white label platform while retaining control of key business functions

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.— USA Triathlon today announced it has aligned with TicketSocket, an innovator in fully customized white label ticketing solutions, as the organization’s Exclusive Online Registration Partner for the next five years.

The partnership gives race directors of USA Triathlon-sanctioned events access to discounted rates for TicketSocket’s industry-leading platform while increasing customer conversions and improving overall athlete registration experience. USA Triathlon race directors will have the opportunity to explore TicketSocket’s services through online demonstrations with company representatives in the coming weeks.

The company’s customizable framework model allows organizations to retain full ownership and control of their branding, customer data and protection, and revenue and registration fees, while increasing overall sales with unique social marketing tools.

USA Triathlon will implement TicketSocket’s state-of-the-art checkout flow for each of its owned national events, including the Toyota USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships (Sprint- and Olympic-Distance), USA Triathlon Duathlon National Championships, USA Triathlon Collegiate Club National Championships, USA Triathlon Youth & Junior Nationals and the Legacy Triathlon.

“We’re extremely excited to announce our five-year partnership with USA Triathlon,” said Kai Blache, TicketSocket President. “We look forward to working closely with USA Triathlon-affiliated race directors in the near future providing them the tools and technology to increase registrations, brand awareness, data collection, and last but not least, control over their own revenue and service fees both in the physical and virtual race space. The Race Registration space is one of the three core focuses custom-built within the TicketSocket platform.”

“USA Triathlon’s partnership with TicketSocket will enable the organization and its race directors to improve the overall athlete experience throughout event registration, while also maintaining complete control over key business activities including branding, finance, data and new functionality,” said Victoria Brumfield, USA Triathlon Chief of Staff. “We are proud to offer this innovative solution that will not only serve our constituents in race directing, but also support the nationwide multisport community for the next five years.”

TicketSocket currently operates in more than 35 countries and processes more than $750 million annually. The company has also forged partnerships with USRowing, USA Rugby, Spartan Race, The Color Run, Savage Race and the Federation of International Basketball (FIBA).
