UCI order investigation into item removed from Evenepoel’s pocket after crash

The UCI has asked the Cycling Anti-Doping Foundation to investigate a video showing a Deceuninck – Quick-Step sports director removing an item from Remco Evenepoel’s pocket in the immediate aftermath of his Il Lombardia crash. Sports director Davide Bramati was seen attending to Evenepoel, then reaching into his back pocket and removing a white object and putting it into his own pocket. Read more on Cycling Weekly.
