Specialized Recalls 36,000 Bikes With Faulty Cranks

Last week, Specialized initiated a voluntary recall of about 36,000 Sirrus and Sirrus X bikes in the U.S. and another 3,200 in Canada after it learned the crank arms could disengage from the bike while riding. The brand also said it received seven reports of injuries related to the defect, including a torn bicep tendon and other incidents of road rash. Read more on GearJunkie.
