Quintana Roo Launches the Service Grava

June 30, 2026

The Pursuit of Speed—Taken Off Road

Chattanooga, TN, June 30, 2026 /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Quintana Roo announces the Service Grava, the brand’s first-ever gravel bike, delivering the same performance and leading-edge technology expected from a Quintana Roo, on a chassis that takes riders confidently and capably onto any surface for between-session variety, or off-season fun.

The genesis of the Service Grava came courtesy of Quintana Roo athletes, pro and age group alike, and even media partners suggesting demand for a bike that would take triathletes to new places. Whether it was out of the aerobars and onto local trails to break up the rigors of structured in-season triathlon training, a vehicle for performance-sharpening technical handling, the mid-season bucket list gravel race or a machine to point them to off-season fun with friends, the gravel bike has been in demand. It took the Quintana Roo team time to consider the requirements and create a machine worthy of the Quintana Roo name to serve that purpose—then we built one.

The Service Grava—and by proxy, Quintana Roo’s approach to gravel—leans on decades of framebuilding knowledge—earned through race wins, bike course records, and relentless refinement. The brief was straightforward: meet every standard we hold our triathlon bikes to. The Service Grava is faster, lighter, and more aero than the gravel category expects.

Made for Speed

Tire clearance—a foundation of confident performance—is at the center of the Service Grava, with the ability to run tires of any size, right up to the widest gravel and MTB tires. The Service Grava can clear upwards of 56mm for standard gravel tires and is fully compatible with 2.2” mountain bike tires front and rear. More clearance means more options: optimize the tire to the terrain, the event, or the conditions, while maintaining room for mud and debris to clear when things get rough.

Quintana Roo’s ultra-wide stance carbon fork is central to that capability. Its widened profile promotes clean airflow between the fork blades and the front wheel, channeling air smoothly over the aero-shaped downtube behind it. The Service Grava doesn’t just accommodate wide tires—it’s aerodynamically optimized for them.

Fast, Light, and Confident on Any Terrain

The Service Grava’s carbon construction draws on the same advanced layup techniques as Quintana Roo’s championship-winning triathlon and road race bikes. At 931 grams (size M), the frame is light enough to climb and fast enough to race—without giving up the durability that off-road riding demands. It’s a gravel bike built to go the distance, then do it again.

Handling geometry is tuned specifically for speed on loose surfaces. Increased reach improves stability at high speeds and on rough descents, while a restrained head angle and progressive fork rake preserve the agility needed for instant line changes and precise cornering. The Service Grava holds its line when you need it to and responds instantly when you don’t.

Refined Performance, Proven Standards

Every Quintana Roo bike is a reflection of the athlete who rides it. The Service Grava upholds that tradition with the brand’s full palette of color customization and a spec built exclusively from premium components. From first pedal stroke to final descent, every detail has been chosen with the care our athletes expect from a Quintana Roo build.

Durability and serviceability are built in from the start. A UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) ensures easy field replacements and full compatibility with the latest drivetrains, including full-mount derailleurs. A threaded T47 bottom bracket delivers stiffness where it counts and makes maintenance straightforward for any home mechanic. Additional bottle cage mounts throughout the frame—including three positions inside the main triangle and accessory mounts on the top tube and underside of the downtube—give riders the carrying capacity to take on ultra-endurance events and all-day adventures without compromise.

Personalized and Ready to Ride

The Service Grava is fully customizable and available shipped directly to the rider. Riders can choose from select premium components including drivetrains from Shimano and SRAM, wheels from DT Swiss and Industry Nine, power meter options and more. Each Service Grava is painted, assembled to be ready to ride out of the box and shipped worldwide from Quintana Roo’s headquarters in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Service Grava is available now in sizes XS, S, M, L and XL. Builds will start at $4,549 with Shimano GRX 820 1X 12-speed components and a DT Swiss G1800 Spline 25 DB wheelset.
