Pinarello Accelerates: A New Organization for a Sustainable Future

Fausto Pinarello, together with majority shareholder L Catterton, announced today key investments in top management creating an organizational structure which has been designed to boost growth initiatives and accelerate the brand’s development.
The objective is to take full advantage of the awareness and reputation of the brand in the world of premium bikes. Pinarello is already renowned as one of the most iconic players in this market and will exploit future expanding global opportunities for sustainable mobility on beautiful, high performance bikes.
In recent months the team has added several key roles, including.
Maurizio Bellin, Chief of Operations with in-depth knowledge and experience in the bicycle industry, first as a professional cyclist and then as General Manager in one of the most important bicycle components manufacturers.
Federico Sbrissa, Chief Marketing Officer with twenty years of experience in both the Bicycle and Outdoor industries (Scapin, Garmont, Dynafit, Salomon Group, Tecnica Group).
Andrea Greguoldo, Supply Chain Director, from Safilo with strong expertise in managing complex subcontracting chains.
Stefano Sacchet, Chief Financial Officer, who joined the company since the acquisition of L Catterton in 2017.
Walter De Luca, Sales Director, also in the company since 2019.
The Shareholders have entrusted the leadership of the Group to Antonio Dus both at Global Headquarters in Treviso and including the US and UK branches. Antonio Dus joins the company as a personal investor and Global Chief Executive Officer. He will be tasked with preparing the new mid-term business plan and will be reporting to the Board of Directors.

After holding several positions in the United States and Australia, Antonio has stepped into pivotal roles of ever- increasing responsibility at companies within the Sport Industry. Most notably as the CEO of Vibram and 5 years as CEO of the Tecnica Group.
Fausto Pinarello, founding partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors, will step into the role of “Brand Guardian” and will continue to foster the brand’s legacy with the racing world, including the ongoing relationship with Team INEOS, who produced one of the most glorious winning performances on a Pinarello at the 2020 Giro d’Italia.
