Movemint Launches Fleet Links and Barcode Scanner Check-In, Bringing Faster and Simpler Volunteer Management to Endurance Events

June 16, 2026

New capabilities on Movemint remove login barriers and speed up check-in for large-scale races

San Francisco, CA — June 16, 2026 /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Movemint, the event registration and management platform for endurance sports, today announced two new capabilities designed to simplify race day check-in for organizers, timers, and volunteers: Fleet Links and barcode scanner check-in.

Check-In Without the Friction

Fleet Links are built for large race organizers and timing companies that deploy laptops and iPads across multiple events and need volunteers to get up and running fast. With Fleet Links, organizers can share any CRM mode with volunteers without requiring a Movemint login. A single shareable link surfaces all events associated with the shared modes, and volunteers can navigate directly to their event, select their mode, enter their name and email, and start their shift.

The volunteer-facing interface has been stripped of all external navigation, filters, and column controls so check-in is as focused and frictionless as possible. Every action taken through a fleet link is fully tracked back to the volunteer who took it, preserving the audit trail organizers and timers depend on.

Alongside Fleet Links, Movemint also shipped customizable action permissions for CRM modes. Organizers can now configure which actions each mode exposes, for example granting check-in and participant transfer capabilities while restricting refund access. Permissions set on a mode apply automatically to volunteers using Fleet Links.

Two Scans to the Finish Line

Movemint also launched native barcode scanner support, allowing volunteers to check in participants in seconds using a standard QR or barcode scanner. Organizers can use Movemint’s emailer to send participants a pre-race email with a merged QR code unique to each registration. At check-in, a volunteer scans the QR code and the participant’s information is pulled up immediately in the check-in drawer, all without searching, typing, or delays. If the participant has a bib with a barcode, scanning that completes the check-in.

Together, Fleet Links and the barcode scanner check-in represent Movemint’s continued investment in making race day operations faster and simpler for the organizers, timers, and volunteers who make events happen.

Both features are available now to all Movemint customers. For more information, visit movemint.cc.
