New York, NY June 3, 2021 – Obstacle Course Racing World Championships (OCRWC), the only independent global championships for the sport of Obstacle Course Racing, in partnership with HelloFresh, the world’s leading meal kit company, announced that all registration fees for the 13-17 age group of the 15K Obstacle Course Racing World Championships will be waived for 2021. With HelloFresh sponsoring the race, this special division will be designated the “OCR Futures Division Presented by HelloFresh” allowing youth athletes to participate in this division entirely free for the first time in obstacle racing history. “This dream is now a reality thanks to our new partnership with HelloFresh,” said Adventurey CEO and OCRWC Founder Adrian Bijanada. “Providing the future generations of our sport with the opportunity to compete at the OCRWC entirely for free meets three key criteria for us: it supports the future of our sport, it’s good for our athletes, and it’s good for the OCRWC.”
