The inaugural event is set to take place on 24th July 2026 at the iconic Manchester Central venue.

Empowering Every Athlete

DEKA IGNITE is the ultimate team challenge for all and has been created for every level of ability, from curious first-timers to elite athletes. The race features a strategic race format where teams of four, available in male, female, and co-ed categories, must work together to complete 10 DEKA Zones within a 90-minute time limit, ranging from weighted lunges and rowing to the “Tank” push and pull with all 10 zones are connected by 500m intervals requiring team strategy. While the first and last laps are run as a full team, internal rounds require two members to run while the others manage the workload in the zones.
