Bay Bridge Run Returns This Fall; Registration Opens April 21 at Noon

ANNAPOLIS, MD- April 20, 2026 /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – One of Maryland’s most iconic race experiences is back. The Bay Bridge Run will return November 8^th, 2026, giving participants the rare opportunity to run or walk across the legendary Chesapeake Bay Bridge while taking in sweeping waterfront views and celebrating a beloved Maryland tradition.

Registration for the event will officially open tomorrow at 12:00 p.m., and organizers expect spots to fill quickly for one of the region’s most anticipated annual events. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to secure their place early and be part of a one-of-a-kind day on the bridge.

“The Bay Bridge Run is more than just a race, it’s an unforgettable Maryland experience,” said Lee Corrigan, President of Corrigan Sports Enterprises. “Every year, thousands of participants come together for the chance to cross the bridge on foot, enjoy incredible views, and celebrate at the finish line. Participants start on the west end of the bridge in Anne Arundel County and cross the 4.35-mile long bridge before finishing in Chesapeake Bay Business Park in Queen Anne’s County on the eastern shore. Buses transport participants between outlying parking areas and the start and finish points. In addition to the signature bridge crossing, participants can look forward to a festive finish line celebration featuring music, vendors, food, and refreshments.
