Alchemy Launches New Website to Enhance Direct-to-Rider Experience

July 21, 2021

DENVER, CO, July 21, 2021Alchemy Bikes, known for their patented Sine Suspension and customizable carbon and titanium frames, has launched a new website this summer. The newly designed platform enhances  the direct-to-rider experience, making it more convenient and accessible for riders to be paired with the model that best suits their unique needs — with the COVID bike boom, it’s now more important than ever.

Alchemy’s direct-to-rider model builds a one-on-one relationship between the athlete and the maker of their bike. This 1:1 ratio creates more flexibility in customization of components, geometry, and paint finish, and optimizes the overall customer service experience. Alchemy’s new website features a clean, crisp user-interface and current in-stock updates.

A positive customer experience has been a strong focus of Alchemy’s since the company’s inception. In 2008, Ryan Cannizzaro, founder of Alchemy Bikes, decided to put a concerted effort as a brand towards anticipating industry trends, while honoring a trusted manufacturing and custom build process to ensure quality. Merging the two has allowed Alchemy to build dream bikes ever since.

“We’ve always enjoyed getting to know our riders on a personal level,” shares Cannizzaro. “Our focus on the direct-to-rider model allows us to build better relationships with our riders and design bikes for exactly what they need. When we know our customers, they can be assured they are getting the right bike for their riding preferences. A visit to our website is often the first step to this entire process.”

Alchemy Bikes recently launched their new carbon Arktos, the “do-it-all” mountain bike. Featuring their exclusive patented Sine Suspension system and modernized geometry with low standover to improve maneuverability, the Artkos combines three travel configurations and two wheel sizes (29” or Mullet’s 29”F x 27.5”R) into one frame.

“Releasing the Arktos line was a strong motivator for our team to complete the new website,” said Alex Rawal, marketing manager for Alchemy. “Our new website is designed to help our customers make the most informed and custom purchasing decisions while showcasing what separates the Arktos from other mountain bikes. We wanted our customers’ digital experience to match our bikes: personal and flawless. We happen to think it’s easier to do this with bikes than websites, but you still can’t stop us from trying,” Rawal joked. “In all seriousness, the next step will be promoting our Affiliate Commerce program to the media and ambassadors through the new website as well,” added Rawal.

The three travel options are:

  • 170/150R, recommended for enduro and all-mountain.
  • 150/135R, best suited for all-around trails.
  • 130/120R, Alchemy’s short-travel, down-country.

For athletes seeking the most versatility, the Arktos 130/120R is recommended. The lightweight build maximizes climbing efficiency while the Sine Suspension allows riders to descend with confidence. Additionally, the 130mm Fox 34 29 Factory Kashima Fork and the Fox DPX2 Factory Kashima provide superior performance in the down-country category, giving assurance when faced with long rides.

All Arktos builds are currently available and are to ship within two business days. More information about Alchemy Bikes and the Artkos can be found at alchemybikes.com.
