Addaday Bolsters Marketing and Communications Team with Two Heavy-Hitting Hires

PR Industry and Endurance Sports Veteran, Hugh Williams Joins as Chief Marketing Officer; Kristin Goett Joins as Communications Director

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Mar. 31, 2020Addaday, a world leader in injury prevention and recovery technology, announced the appointment of Hugh Williams as Chief Marketing Officer and Kristin Goett as Communications Director.

Hugh joins Addaday after more than 20 years at global marketing agency, Weber Shandwick where he was the General Manager of their Denver office. Here, he built the firm’s endurance sports practice and led the strategy, development and execution of many award-winning integrated sports marketing campaigns for brands such as the BUILT WITH CHOCOLATE MILK Campaign; Abbott – and their title sponsorship of the Abbott World Marathon Majors; and the Leadville Race Series.

 Kristin brings five years of in-house communications experience across brands including DISH Network and the University of Denver, as well as serving as a columnist for Triathlete Magazine. As Addaday’s Communications Director, she will lead all aspects of day-to-day communications across the business, including social media strategy and execution, media relations, content marketing and event activations.

 The new, previously unfilled positions will be based in Boulder, Colorado, and are part of Addaday’s integrated marketing and product innovation push, designed to elevate the brand as a world leader in active healing technology that helps people move, recharge and live better.
