Ultra X South Africa Sells Out in Record Time

September 4, 2025 /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Ultra X is proud to announce that Ultra X South Africa has officially sold out within 48 hours of launch, cementing its place as one of the most sought-after ultra marathons on the Ultra X series.

Set against the raw wilderness of the Cederberg Conservancy, this 330km, six-stage race captured the imagination of the global endurance community the moment it was unveiled. With only 70 places available, demand was unprecedented as athletes from across continents rushed to secure their spot.

Race Itinerary: 6-Stage Ultra Marathon

• Saturday: Arrival in Cape Town (optional race hotel accommodation)
• Sunday: Welcome briefing, kit checks, and transfer to Camp 1
• Monday (Stage 1): 50km
• Tuesday (Stage 2): 55km – new camp
• Wednesday (Stage 3): 60km – new camp
• Thursday (Stage 4): 80km – new camp
• Friday (Stage 5): 55km – new camp
• Saturday (Stage 6): 30km – final stage
• Sunday: Return transfer to Cape Town
