Zone3 Becomes Official Partner of United States Masters Swimming

USMS continues its growth in open water swimming and triathlon
SARASOTA, Fla. — Zone3 has become an official partner of U.S. Masters Swimming, the two organizations announced on Wednesday.
Zone3 will be the title partner of an open water virtual event to be hosted this summer on Swim.com, and will provide benefits and engagement opportunities for USMS members.
“Open water swimmers and triathletes are a growing and passionate segment of our membership, making this partnership a perfect one for us,” says Dawson Hughes, CEO of USMS. “And with pools across the country closed or facing social distancing restrictions that limit lane space, many of our members have turned to the open water to swim. Working with Zone3 will help us provide our members with more benefits.”
Open water swimming has been an emphasis for USMS for the past several years.
The organization recently overhauled the Open Water Central section of its website, which offers information and resources for swimmers, coaches, event directors, and volunteers. USMS will also help event directors stage safe and fun open water races this year, and plans to launch an open water results database this summer.
Since being founded in the U.K. in 2007, Zone3 has become the top-selling triathlon brand in Europe, and is now expanding its market to the U.S. Its product line includes the highly rated Aspire and Vanquish wetsuits, as well as tow floats, goggles, and swim caps.
