WLC Announces first-ever FREE “Pop-Up” Health & Wellness Challenge

March 20, 2020

Los Angeles, CA: The Whole Life Challenge, in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, announced it’s first-ever FREE “Pop-Up” Health and Wellness Challenge. The WLC Pop-Up Challenge will be available from March 18 through April 6 to provide community, accountability, structure, and fun in a game that will have players taking action in 7 daily habits to improve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being (nutrition, exercise, mobility (stretching), sleep, hydration, well-being, and reflection). You play on teams with your friends and family, recording your score by earning points each day for the action you take in each category.

“We’ve been teaching these habits for over 7 years, and have had over 200,000 players go through 25 Challenges…. COVID-19 is showing us that NEVER has health and well-being been more important than it is today,” says Andy Petranek, co-founder at Whole Life Challenge. “With this Pop Up Challenge, we wanted to give people the opportunity to take action and focus on what they CAN do vs. what they can’t right now, as we ride out this global pandemic together.”

Features and benefits of the Whole Life Challenge Pop Up include:

  • Building teamwork, camaraderie, community, and good-will among teams of friends and family members created by players.
  • Energizing players to take action in 7 Daily Habits that will address their health and well-being.
  • Shifting players’ mindset by focusing on what they CAN do vs. what they can’t (due to COVID-19).
  • Introducing them to a lifestyle and way of being that will support them in having the health and fitness they’ve always dreamed of.

The Whole Life Challenge Pop Up is available now through Monday, April 6th for FREE. For more information, visit https://www.wholelifechallenge.com/popup/.

The Spring Whole Life Challenge begins on April 11 and is currently $39.
