Demanding training schedules call for ample energy and the right nutrients at the right time. The nutritional needs of every sport, and every individual, are different, meaning that each athlete has to figure out a way of eating that supports their own output. Outside asked five athletes competing in Tokyo in five different sports to share what they eat on a typical day of training.
