Equipping endurance athletes from planning to podium

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – USA Triathlon today announced partnerships with SPRYNG™, FORM and OnePlan, and a new collaboration with Human Powered Health.

The exciting new partnerships and collaborations for USA Triathlon are in the pneumatic compression wrap, swim goggles, event software and health assessments and insights categories.

“USA Triathlon’s alignment with SPRYNG™, FORM, Human Powered Health, and OnePlan benefits the entire multisport community,” said Victoria Brumfield, USA Triathlon CEO. “Each of these companies is committed to maximizing the potential of age-group athletes, from recovery and injury prevention to performance in the pool and open water, analyzing your health, and helping race directors effectively manage events with software.”

An affordable, untethered, pneumatic compression wrap muscle recovery tool, SPRYNG™ helps improve circulation and athletic performance, while aiding in an athlete’s recovery. With FDA registered active compression, the SPRYNG™ device comes with two compression patterns – “pulsative” and “graduating” — to mimic your calf muscle, along with three pressure intensity levels.

SPRYNG™ will be a supporting partner of USA Triathlon’s annual National Athlete Recovery Day, which is held every October and encourages triathletes nationwide to take recovery as seriously as their training — not only after a season-culminating race, but as a key element of their overall training cycle. SPRYNG™ will also be a supporting partner of USA Triathlon’s annual #DreamingSeason, a digital and social media-driven campaign that provides training resources and tips for athletes as they plan their upcoming season.

“Injury prevention is now an important aspect for anyone who works out. Recovery products have only been known to help improve performance and recovery. However, it also helps considerably in injury prevention as well, though this is a lesser-known fact,” said Ramya Sundaralingam, SPRYNG™ CEO.

Smart swim goggles maker, FORM was founded in 2016 in Vancouver, Canada, and is the world’s most powerful swim platform. Powered by smart goggles with an innovative display in the lens, FORM gives triathletes real-time access to essential data and workout instructions right in their goggles – revolutionizing the world of swimming.

“Thousands of triathletes around the world have discovered how training and racing with FORM can improve their race times. FORM allows triathletes to have the same data-driven training experience they have for the bike and the run and delivers the insights they need on the fly to hit each session goal,” said Dan Eisenhardt, FORM CEO and Founder. “We’re excited that our new partnership with USA Triathlon will give triathletes of all levels access to our world-class smart goggles to make their training more effective, efficient, and engaging.”

Human Powered Health is the first all-encompassing experience for assessing and improving health and human performance across motion, mindset, nutrition, and recovery. Human Powered Health is the entitlement partner of the USA Triathlon National Triathlon Development Race Series, a series of five draft-legal races across the U.S. that offer up-and-coming triathletes the opportunity to race for their USA Triathlon Elite License.

“Human Powered Health is honored to support the next generation of triathletes,” said Dan Cohen, former professional triathlete and Chief Performance Officer, Human Powered Health. “We work closely with athletes of all types to gather personalized insights – and help unlock their full potential. There’s incredible power in data when you have the right support to help you apply it.”
