October 14, 2025 /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Following the sell-out success of last year’s inaugural event, the newly named Triathlon Industry Alliance (TIA) has announced the full agenda for the Triathlon Industry Conference 2025 (TIC25) – an inspiring and ideas-driven day designed to unite and drive collaboration across the sport, held in conjunction with The Running Conference (TRC25).

Taking place at a new venue, Burleigh Court in Loughborough, TIC25 will unite leading voices from across the triathlon industry, including brands, governing bodies, event organisers, media, and trade. The conference will deliver an engaging mix of presentations, panels, and workshops, creating a truly immersive and thought-provoking experience. This is designed to encourage collaboration and provide clear, actionable insights to help shape the future of the sport.

Featuring a packed itinerary, the day will kick off with a celebration of the triathlon experience itself, bringing to life the emotion, creativity, and sense of connection that define the sport. Featuring a blend of video, photography, and conversation, the session includes insights from Jack Schofield, acclaimed triathlon photographer and videographer, with additional panellists to be confirmed.

This will follow with an audience insights session featuring Luke Howard of Deffo Media, exploring how brands and creators are leveraging digital channels, such as TikTok and Reddit, to engage endurance audiences and uncover what truly resonates with today’s athletes.

Later in the morning, Amy Hall from British Triathlon will address participation growth and opportunities to attract a younger and more diverse audience. A panel of industry experts will follow, exploring how collaboration across the community can make the sport more inclusive and sustainable.

Attendees will then break into smaller workshop groups focused on themes including Events & Coaching, Commercial & Sponsorship, and Next Gen Participation, before reconnecting for an informal networking lunch.

The afternoon sessions will broaden the discussion to a global scale, with Thom Richmond of Cal Tri Events presenting as part of an international perspective panel. Representatives from international event organisers will also share learnings from their respective regions.

A Trending Products & Services session will highlight the latest developments in performance tech, AI, kit innovation, and data – showcasing the creativity and technological advancements that are looking to drive triathlon in the coming years.

The day will conclude with a “Where Next for Triathlon?” discussion, pulling together insights from the workshops and panels to outline practical next steps for collective growth across the industry.

Iain Hamilton, Chair of the Triathlon Industry Alliance, said: “TIC25 represents a vital opportunity for the triathlon industry to come together, to share ideas, and address the challenges and opportunities shaping the sport’s future.

“Last year’s event laid extremely strong foundations, and it’s encouraging to see continued growth in engagement and collaboration across our membership. I’m excited to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new members of our growing community, and continue building momentum together this December.”

The Triathlon Industry Conference (TIC25) will take place at Burleigh Court, Loughborough (LE11 3TD) on Monday 8th December 2025, followed by an evening dinner and networking celebration.
