Training Peaks Integrates With hDrop, Bringing Hydration Data Into the Core Performance Workflow

January 13, 2026

hDrop + TrainingPeaks Integration Hydration data now appears alongside training metrics, powered by the only reusable sweat biosensor that does not use disposable patches.

Boulder, Colorado (January 13, 2026) /ENDURNANCE SPORTSWIRE/hDrop has announced a direct integration with TrainingPeaks, allowing athletes and coaches to view hydration data alongside training metrics within the same performance analysis environment.

With this integration, hDrop users can now sync key hydration metrics including sweat loss, sodium loss and hydration behavior directly into TrainingPeaks workout notes. Hydration data becomes part of the same decision-making framework as power, heart rate, pace and training load, enabling a more complete and contextual understanding of performance.

By embedding hydration insights into TrainingPeaks, hDrop reduces friction for athletes and coaches who previously needed to interpret hydration separately or rely on manual logging. The integration is designed to fit seamlessly into existing workflows, ensuring hydration is monitored consistently over time rather than treated as a one-off insight.

For athletes training with Garmin devices, hydration data is written directly into the FIT file, preserving data continuity across platforms. Coaches can review hydration behavior retrospectively, correlate it with performance and recovery trends, and make evidence-based adjustments to fueling and hydration strategies across training blocks and racing seasons.

The integration positions hDrop as the missing hydration layer within endurance performance analytics, supporting long-term athlete monitoring and more informed coaching decisions without requiring changes to established tools or habits.

hDrop is a reusable, lab-free hydration monitoring device that enables athletes to quantify individual fluid and sodium loss during training and racing. The device has been independently and scientifically validated, with preliminary results showing an average accuracy of 92 percent for fluid loss and 87 percent for sodium loss over 60 minutes of exercise. These measurements provide consistent, actionable data to support the development of personalized hydration strategies over time.
