Thorne, Arrowhead Water, and Amazfit Join as New Partners for 2022 Escape from Alcatraz™ Triathlon

The iconic race is set to take place on Sunday, June 5, in San Francisco., with the Escape Aquathlon taking place the day before the triathlon on June 4.

Amazfit is the official outdoor smart watch of the 2022 Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. The brand will also be launching a new outdoor smartwatch that Escape participants will have an exclusive first look at. Through this partnership, Amazfit is offering Escape participants a unique opportunity to trial the new T-Rex Pro 2 during different legs of their training and provide their first impressions for a chance to keep the watch! Throughout race weekend, Amazfit representatives will be on site at the free Escape Fitness Festival & Expo to showcase the product and answer questions.

From Olympians and world champions to enthusiastic age groupers and challenged athletes, triathletes from all over the world will take over the streets and waters of San Francisco for the 41st Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon on June 5. The Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon includes a 1.5-mile swim from Alcatraz Island to the shoreline of Marina Green, an 18-mile twisting bike ride through the Presidio, and an eight-mile trail run out to Baker Beach and up the infamous 200-plus-step Sand Ladder. Fans can experience the excitement at the Marina Green, where the swim ends, and the athlete transition area and finish line are easily visible. The Escape Aquathlon takes place the day before the triathlon on June 4.
