1,400 runners show up for Anchorage Mayor’s Marathon, along with a black bear that refused to share the trail

Chinese official found dead and five arrested during probe into marathon deaths
He was identified as Jingtai County Communist Party Secretary Li Zuobi. Last Friday, the Gansu provincial government handed down punishments to 27 officials, posthumously exempting Li but sacking his deputy, Zhang Wenling.
