Rockstar All Access Announces Winter Classic 2020

RSAA, Inc. partners with Grenada Tourism Commission to bring the Winter Half-Marathon Classic to Grenada Lake.

October 22, 2020; Grenada, MS – Rockstar All Access announces today it has secured a multi-year deal with the Grenada Tourism Commission to develop a series of sporting events at Grenada Lake in Mississippi. The series will kick off with the Winter Half-Marathon Classic scheduled for December 05 of this year.

Grenada Lake offers some of the Southeast’s best outdoor resources and activities for the entire family. From the nationally recognized Grenada Lake and its recognition as the best Crappie fishing in the US to the picturesque Dogwoods Golf Course to premier outdoor camping and to the most beautiful countryside in Mississippi. Conveniently located halfway between Memphis, TN and Jackson, MS on I-55. Future events will include a challenging bike ride, training camps and a 70.3 triathlon.

Tourism Director – Gary Worsham commented on the partnership saying, “The Grenada Tourism Commission is proud to be the presenting sponsor for Grenada’s inaugural Half-Marathon at beautiful Grenada Lake. We are proud to be a part of bringing this new event to Grenada and look forward to the many visitors it will attract to our community. We also look forward to other opportunities for additional events with RSAA in the future.”

The Winter Half-Marathon Classic has also partnered with the Boys & Girls Club of Grenada and is donating five dollars from every registration to the club. With a participant cap of 200 the Winter Classic is expected to sell out and raise over a thousand dollars for the Boys and Girls Club.
