ROAD iD’s Pink With a Purpose Campaign raises more than $40,000 in the fight against breast cancer.

December 7, 2020

Donation will fund breakthrough cancer research and life-saving services.

In honor of national breast cancer awareness month, ROAD iD donated $10.00 from every limited-edition pink iD purchased during the month of October to the American Cancer Society, totaling $40,410 to support the Society’s breast cancer programs, research and initiatives.

“Support from corporations like ROAD iD enables the American Cancer Society to be there for people in every community affected by cancer, whether they’re currently dealing with a diagnosis, may face one in the future, or will avoid it altogether because of education and risk reduction, ” said Wayne White, EVP at the American Cancer Society.  “We are grateful for ROAD iD’s passion and generosity in moving forward the fight against cancer.”

This donation will help the American Cancer Society fund breakthrough cancer research and life-saving services like free rides to chemo, free places to stay near treatment, and a live 24/7 cancer information helpline. The American Cancer Society is honored that ROAD iD selected to support these critical programs and services.

“We’re incredibly humbled and honored to be able to donate $40,410 to the American Cancer Society.  At ROAD iD we firmly believe in Purpose over Profit and the ability to actively live this value is made possible by an incredible team and amazing customers”, says Edward Wimmer, CEO of ROAD iD.
