NAPA, CALIFORNIA /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – After a near decade long professional running career, Noah Droddy has traded out the carbon shoes and picked up the telephone to join Blistering Pace Race Management (BPRM) as Sponsorship Manager. BPRM is a leading race management company specializing in non-profit legacy events and large-scale endurance races nationwide.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Droddy relocated to Boulder to chase the dream of running as fast as he could. Dubbed the ‘Beer Drinking Mustachioed Hero’ by Runner’s World in 2017, Droddy kept that playful edge throughout his career and prioritized building relationships within the running community as much as he did those early morning long runs.

A graduate of Division III DePauw University, Droddy remains active in that community as the co-founder of the D3 Glory Days podcast, and the official commentator of the NCAA D3 Championship track and cross country meets.

“It’s a real privilege to work with such an accomplished group,” said Droddy. “I’m excited to be a good steward of existing relationships while fostering new ones, all with the goal of enhancing the race experience and creating meaningful value for our partners. I’m incredibly grateful to Michelle La Sala and the entire BPRM team for their trust and confidence, and I can’t wait to build on the strong reputation they’ve established over the past decade.”

In his role, Droddy will work closely with BPRM partners and sponsors, supporting the company’s mission to deliver unforgettable race experiences that benefit our clients as well as tens of thousands of participants alike.

“You may know Noah as a recently retired professional athlete with a 2:09 marathon personal best to his name,” said Michelle La Sala, President of Blistering Pace Race Management. “While those accomplishments are impressive, what excites us most are the relationships he brings, his deep understanding of the runner experience, and his ability to connect sponsor goals with meaningful race activations. Above all, his interpersonal skills and authenticity make him a tremendous addition to our team.”

Just days ago, Noah and his wife welcomed their first son, Wynn Droddy. If you’d like to say hello, congratulate him on his new addition, and wish him well in his new role, he can be reached at noah@blisteringpace.com.
