Michigan based craft brewery remains among best places to work

Holland, MI (July 1, 2021) — New Holland Brewing, recently included among the top-50 craft breweries in America, is proud to announce that the company has been awarded the 2021 West Michigan and National Best and Brightest Award. Having won both the 2020 West Michigan Best and Brightest, and the National Best and Brightest awards, this 2021 announcement marks their second consecutive West Michigan and National win.

The Best and Brightest competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource and employee enrichment practices. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.

“It’s a true honor to win this award for the second year running,” said Kelli Cavasin, Vice President of People and Culture. “It is a testament to our organizational commitment to our team members. We wouldn’t be New Holland without everyone who works here, and we do our best to ensure that our vision is reflected in the ways we engage with and support our team members.”

New Holland works to support current and future employees by focusing on fluid communication between all departments and positions within the organization, and listening to team member needs.

“Humble leadership models the way.  We have a CEO who leads with vulnerability, and this is rare but important for leaders, in my opinion” Cavasin said. “But the real heroes are the 225 team members who make up New Holland Brewing Company.  We value and appreciate all they do to bring our mission to life. They are great at creating savored moments for the world, and we want to honor and support our team as much as we possibly can. In that way, we continue to build on our culture, and draw talented people to New Holland, because it really is a fantastic place to work.”
