WASHINGTON, Iowa (January 29, 2026) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – MarathonFoto, the industry leader in race photography, has added four new employees to its team. Shasten Hildebrand and Amanda Tobin have come on board as client relations managers. Dehn Craig and Jacob Harris have joined the team as external operations managers. This personnel expansion comes as MarathonFoto grows and renews relationships with top events around the world.
“Every success at MarathonFoto is driven by a team effort – with our staff, with our partner events and the amazing participants who take to the race course,” said Brad Kroll, president of MarathonFoto. “The addition of Shasten, Amanda, Dehn and Jacon is a direct response to the growing demand for our services, and the growth of the event industry at large. We look forward to providing the best experience to our clients and their participants with this team’s help!”
Hildebrand brings a strong background in relationship building and a deep personal connection to the running community. She spent nearly four years at New York Road Runners (NYRR) as a key contributor to the organization’s youth development work. Her role spanned event operations, nationwide program enrollment and incentive management, including overseeing more than 1,300 annual applications and supporting engagement with over 250,000 young participants annually. She also helped streamline processes that improved accessibility, efficiency and the overall participant experience across NYRR’s youth programs. Shasten has completed 11 marathons, giving her firsthand insight into the race day moments that matter most to athletes.
Tobin is a client relations and brand management professional with extensive experience in the sports and event industry. Tobin focuses on building strong partnerships and streamlining communication to enhance the race-day experience for both organizers and participants. She has found her passion in supporting and elevating the potential of others, particularly through promoting an active lifestyle and building community. Prior to joining MarathonFoto, Amanda served as the Manager of Brand & Design for the Atlanta Track Club, where she oversaw creative direction and event branding. She also served as the Photography Chief for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Marathon, where she managed on-site photography logistics and credentialing.
Craig is an experienced operations professional with deep roots in event production, logistics and customer experience. He brings more than a decade of hands-on experience producing large-scale endurance events, leading operational teams and designing seamless participant experiences. As a co-founder of Vacation Races, he helped build and operate destination events nationwide, overseeing race directing, business and event operations, and experience design. Earlier in his career, Dehn worked in video production, giving him a strong understanding of visual storytelling and the operational demands of photography-driven environments.
Harris joined the MarathonFoto team in August 2025, and comes from a background in race operations and logistics. Jacob will be managing the photographers, making sure the client’s needs are met through on-site operations, and ensuring a smooth and rapid flow of image delivery to the runners after the events have finished.
