Los Angeles Marathon and Zenni Optical Announce Multi-Year Partnership

LOS ANGELES (March 13, 2025) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/  – The McCourt Foundation and Zenni Optical, the world’s leading online eyewear retailer, today announced a partnership that will see Zenni become the Official Eyewear of the Los Angeles Marathon presented by ASICS.

More than 25,000 runners will take on the 26.2-mile “Stadium to the Stars” course, starting at Dodger Stadium and finishing near Avenue of the Stars in Century City. As part of the partnership, Zenni Optical will showcase premium performance eyewear, ensuring runners and spectators alike have clear vision for race day.

The Los Angeles Marathon course winds through some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including Chinatown, Los Angeles City Hall, Hollywood Boulevard, and Rodeo Drive. The race also plays a key role in supporting The McCourt Foundation’s mission to promote healthier communities and fund research for neurological diseases.

The Los Angeles Marathon weekend will feature additional events, drawing thousands of participants beyond the main 26.2-mile race. Race weekend kicks off with the Los Angeles Marathon Lifestyle Expo at Dodger Stadium, running Friday, March 14, and Saturday, March 15. The free, public expo features interactive exhibits, live entertainment, the official ASICS Merchandise Store, and bib pickup for all registered runners.

The Big 5 Sporting Goods LA 5K kicks off on Saturday, March 15, with runners of all ages taking on a scenic route that starts and finishes at Dodger Stadium. The LA Kids Run presented by Circle K will also take place that morning, offering children ages 3-8 a chance to experience race-day excitement in a fun and interactive setting.

On Sunday, March 16, the Professional Wheelchair Division will lead the day’s competition, starting at 6:30 a.m., ahead of the elite and mass start fields. The 2025 marathon will also celebrate 93 legacy runners who have completed all 39 previous editions of the event, marking four decades of endurance and dedication.
