MarathonFoto, the global leader in endurance sports photography, is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator (Email & Digital) to support and grow our email marketing, ecommerce, paid advertising, and social media initiatives.

This position is ideal for an early-career marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience executing digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and contributing to a fast-paced, sports-focused brand environment. Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with marketing leadership to support digital marketing initiatives with an emphasis on email campaigns, ecommerce performance, paid social advertising, and social media engagement.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This is a remote-friendly, full-time position that provides direct exposure to multi-channel marketing campaigns and performance-driven strategy.

Key Responsibilities
·       Assist with planning, building, testing, and scheduling email campaigns using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.

·       Support audience segmentation and automated email flows under the guidance of senior team members.

·       Create and maintain on-brand marketing assets including email graphics, social media creative, and promotional banners using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

·       Coordinate campaign content, timelines, and approvals with internal stakeholders.

·       Pull and summarize campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue reporting.

·       Assist with year-over-year analysis, post-event reporting, and campaign recap documentation.

·       Support A/B testing efforts for subject lines, creative, messaging, and send times.

·       Maintain organized email templates, content calendars, and digital asset libraries.

·       Assist with ecommerce merchandising efforts including promotional updates, featured products, and landing page support.

·       Help coordinate and monitor paid social media and retargeting campaigns alongside marketing leadership or external partners.

·       Manage day-to-day social media activity, including post scheduling, community engagement, responding to comments/messages, and interacting with tagged content.

·       Help ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all digital marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications
·       0–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field. Relevant internships, freelance work, campus involvement, or agency experience are welcome.

·       Familiarity with at least one email marketing or CRM platform such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Campaign Monitor.

·       Basic understanding of email marketing best practices including mobile-first design, audience segmentation, and list management.

·       Experience supporting or managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, or similar channels.

·       Ability to analyze and organize marketing data using spreadsheets or reporting dashboards.

·       Experience creating digital assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

·       Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.

·       Interest in endurance sports, running, events, photography, or active lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
·       Exposure to ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or similar systems.

·       Familiarity with Google Analytics, campaign reporting, or A/B testing concepts.

·       Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email or landing page updates.

·       Previous experience supporting endurance events, sports marketing, or event photography brands.

Schedule & Compensation
·       Full-time position

·       Remote-friendly work environment

·       Flexible scheduling with some availability required during major race events and promotional periods

·       Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
