rnnr releases collection of hats, beanies and socks just in time for the holidays
ATLANTA, Georgia – November 24, 2020 – rnnr, the newest name in premium performance running gear, has released its debut collection of ultra-comfortable hats, beanies and socks. rnnr [ruhn-er] launched at a local run series in Atlanta last year, selling out their inventory at their very first event. As soon as runners picked it up, rnnrs couldn’t put it down. Made with the highest quality fabrics available, rnnr products are built for those who seriously love running while not taking themselves too seriously as runners.
“We started rnnr for those who want to look and feel good without spending a fortune on gear,” said rnnr Co-founder Kate Arsenault. “We are all about showing people that running is fun no matter how fast or far they go. We want to give runners gear that performs at any distance and is affordable.”
Founded by husband and wife team Kate and Justin Arsenault, who met at the start of a trail run—rnnr began with the simple mission of creating innovative products that solve real problems for everyday runners. They started with the ultra-lightweight Distance Hat that’s packable, breathable, washable and indestructibly assembled.
The new 2020 collection features fresh designs for the Distance Hat, as well as brand-new beanies and socks to go with rnnr’s growing collection of tees and tanks. The lightweight yet super warm beanie is perfect for those upcoming winter runs, and the state-of-the-art crew socks feature a cushioned footbed and arch support for added comfort over every distance. The new collection will be available to purchase this Friday, November 27, with early waitlist access available on Tuesday, November 24. Quantities of the new hats, beanies and socks are extremely limited, so get on the waitlist if you don’t want to miss out. A Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale will run from Friday through Monday (November 27-30), with 20% off everything sitewide excluding the new collection.
“Too many brands treat running as an elitist sport, reserved for serious athletes to push their limits and make big investments in gear. Really, it should be just as fun and free as just getting out there moving your body,” said Arsenault. “rnnr products get the job done while looking great and not breaking the bank.”
A portion of all rnnr sales go to fund initiatives to get kids into running. Kids love to run and rnnr wants to help keep them moving. In addition to sponsoring local running events, rnnr has partnered with vert.run to help provide free training plans to runners of all ages and abilities. The free, eight-week program helps parents and kids run together, no matter how big or little the distance.
rnnr originally planned to launch its new line at The Running Event, but because of the cancellation of the event due to the on-going pandemic, they’ve shifted their launch to provide direct-to-consumer sales.
rnnr started with their original running hat at a local race in Atlanta and has since grown to creating top-of-the-line performance running gear for runners who can do without top-of-the-line prices. Founded by a husband and wife team of runners, rnnr is committed to runners who take their love of running seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
