Gold Coast T100 Triathlon To Host New ‘Performance Science Meets Business’ Leadership Summit
February 25, 2026

Gold Coast, Australia (February 25, 2026) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – The Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) will host a high Performance business summit on the eve of its upcoming Gold Coast T100 Triathlon on 21-22 March 2026, with Break Records, Even When You’re Down (BREWYD), a pioneering performance consultancy that applies elite sports science to business leadership.
Called ‘Bike to Boardroom’, the summit will take place on Friday 20 March and bring together business executives and elite athletes to explore how the same principles that drive Olympic-level performance can transform business leadership and organisational results.
“We’ve spent years proving that the methodologies used to develop world-class athletes are directly applicable to building high-performing business leaders and teams,” said Jasmine Savage, CEO of BREWYD. “This summit demonstrates that connection in real-time, with the world’s best triathletes competing alongside business leaders committed to their own performance excellence.”
From Bike to Boardroom
The high performance business summit will feature:
- Evidence-based performance frameworks – drawn from elite sports science
- Practical leadership methodologies – that build permanent organisational capability
- Insights from world-class coaches including Australian triathlon specialists
- Real-world case studies demonstrating measurable business transformation
- Executive Athlete Protocol-BREWYD’s proprietary system for integrating peak performance across health, family, and business
- Direct athlete engagement – showcasing the pathway from corporate investment to Olympic qualification
The event coincides with the Gold Coast T100 Triathlon, where the world’s top 20 professional female triathletes will start the new T100 Triathlon World Tour season over the Professional Triathletes Organisation’s signature 100km distance.
“BREWYD is leading the way when it comes to high performance programs in business, not just in Australia, but globally,” said PTO Chief Commercial Officer Stuart Ramsay. “So they were a natural choice of partner for our first Gold Coast T100 event.”
“We know that 44% of the amateur athletes who do our races are the financial decision makers in their workplace, which underlines the valuable demographic of our sport and fits perfectly with BREWYD’s approach and content.”
Performance That’s Measurable
Unlike traditional corporate development programs, BREWYD’s approach delivers quantifiable outcomes on both sides of its business model. The company’s methodology focuses on building internal capability rather than consultant dependency, with frameworks designed for lasting transformation in boardrooms and on Olympic start lines.
“Every athlete knows you can’t fake performance – the stopwatch doesn’t lie,” added Savage. “We bring that same rigorous, measurable approach to business leadership development. Our clients see documented improvements in retention, engagement, and business results – and they see their investment producing Olympians.”
