RaceDay CheckIn App Now for Volunteers
November 19, 2021 – Moorestown, NJ – GiveSignup | RunSignup announces the launch of its volunteer check-in capability as part of its volunteer management capabilities. Event organizers are now able to efficiently monitor their volunteer staff ‘s arrival and task assignment using the free RaceDay CheckIn app. At-a-glance reporting gives organizers an understanding of those actively working assigned roles at any given time, and allows them to adjust resources as needed. This new check-in capability rounds out GiveSignup | RunSignup’s existing volunteer registration and management feature available for current customers. The volunteer check-in feature is a natural addition to the RaceDay CheckIn app. The app is one of the most highly used technology products offered by GiveSignup | RunSignup and has processed more than 1.1 million participants already in 2021.

The new volunteer check-in capability is now available in GiveSignup | RunSignup’s free RaceDay CheckIn app. The RaceDay CheckIn app is a mobile app designed to provide efficient processing of incoming event participants and now volunteers. Available for Android and iOS devices, event organizers are able to set up pre-set volunteer roles for an easy volunteer check-in process. The reporting on the backend provides an at-a-glance view of current volunteers that have checked in for specific roles in order to identify any gaps or to respond to fluctuating conditions.
GiveSignup | RunSignup’s volunteer sign up and management features are integrated into the registration platform. Event organizers are able to set up volunteer categories and teams with descriptions and any special qualifications, the number of volunteers needed for a specified role, and dates and time slots needed.
