GearJunkie to teach branded content strategy at Peak Content Summit

February 10, 2020

How outdoor, cycling brands and publishers can create more effective content marketing

GearJunkie founder Stephen Regenold will lead brands, marketers and publishers through the process of creating a comprehensive content marketing campaign.

Regenold has led GearJunkie’s growth through smart brand integrations that create valuable content and opportunities for their readers. The campaigns also provide real value to brands like Patagonia, Eddie Bauer, Yeti Coolers, REI and more.

His session at Peak Content will show how their campaigns work, what brands should expect when creating a content + advertising program for digital media, and the ins and outs of transparency. He’ll also discuss the benefits to brands and how they can maximize the impact of content-based programs.

“Some of the best content GearJunkie produces comes from paid projects with brands,” Regenold said, noting a co-branded film with REI that won a spot on the prestigious 2017 Banff World Film Tour. “It can be very win-win, as GearJunkie has the backing to build world-class content that both resonates with our readers and allows a brand to attach messaging or association with the project.”

Joining Stephen is event host and founder Tyler Benedict, who will share Bikerumor’s content-based solutions and successes. Combined, attendees will learn best practices for working with publishers and media to increase their reach, build brand awareness and equity, and position themselves as leaders in their fields.

Peak Content Summit will be held March 12-13 in Asheville, NC. Registration is open now, seats are limited. More info, full speaker list and schedule at http://www.peakcontentsummit.com.
