FORM Dives In Again For New 2023 PTO Tour

London /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – The Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) have announced a renewal of its partnership with FORM as the Official Swim Partner of the PTO Tour.

The leader in swim technology and smart goggles had a strong presence at each of the 2022 PTO Tour events through consumer demos, athlete education sessions and exhibition space – and will be expanding that in 2023 by taking over the PTO Tour Pro Swim Zones at all events, including branded swim starts, buoys and exit ramps. FORM will also run a series of Ultimate Triathlon experiences for amateurs at PTO Tour Age-Grouper races during the year.

FORM is changing the world of swimming by giving athletes real-time access to all their most essential swim data within the goggles’ display. Athletes wearing smart goggles swam more than 3 million kilometers in 2022, benefiting from seeing their live swim time, distance, and pace while in the water, being guided through swim workouts and using the FORM Swim App to analyse performance post-swim.

FORM recently added two new athletes to their roster of PTO athlete ambassadors. PTO World #9 Emma Pallant-Browne and PTO World #11 Aaron Royle joined Lionel Sanders, Kristian Blummenfelt, Gustav Iden, Skye Moench and Sarah Crowley.

The 2023 PTO Tour starts in Ibiza on 6 May with the first-ever PTO European Open, before going to Milwaukee on 4-5 August for the PTO US Open and then to Singapore for the inaugural PTO Asian Open on 19-20 August.

The PTO European Open start lists in Ibiza show how the PTO Tour is becoming the series in longer distance Triathlon racing. The women’s field includes all of the top 10 PTO Ranked female athletes and the men’s field contains 16 of the world’s top 30, including all three of the Olympic gold medallists in the sport since 2008 – Kristian Blummenfelt, Jan Frodeno and Alistair Brownlee. Both races will be broadcast live around the world to 170+ territories, courtesy of the PTO Tour’s partnerships with Warner Bros.
