The Performance membership is specifically crafted for those seeking actionable insights without the full commitment of extensive medical concierge services like Eternal’s Pro tier. Performance members undergo a streamlined blood panel and perform a thorough in-person assessment with a DEXA scan, lactate threshold and VO2 max testing, as well as strength and balance evaluations, to gather over 90 performance biomarkers. These biomarkers cover key areas such as body composition, strength, power, mobility, and aerobic function.

Following the in-person assessment in either the New York City or San Francisco locations, each participant receives a detailed health report interpreted by an MD or NP, highlighting their results, goals, and potential interventions. Members also receive personalized nutrition plans crafted by Eternal’s expert team that outline calorie and macro targets, as well as supplement guidance informed by their lab results, training, and lifestyle.

While the Performance program does not include direct coaching or medical consultations as found in the Pro membership, it lays the groundwork for potential add-ons from Eternal, such as personal training sessions and consultations with medical professionals. This flexibility empowers athletes to adapt their health journey according to their evolving needs.
