Judge Sontchi of the The Bankruptcy Court of Delaware, approved the sale of Tough Mudder to Spartan Race. Kyle McLaughlin has been reinstated as CEO and Tough Mudder updated their US website to include eight Tough Mudder event weekends. Read more about the verdict on Obstacle Racing Media.
